Wesley Biblical Seminary In The News
A local paper in Jackson, MS has published an an interview with Dr. Sandra Richter, professor of Old Testament at Wesley Biblical Seminary. She discusses the similarities and differences of the Old and New Testaments, the need for Christians to connect with Biblical characters as real people rather than putting them on a pedestal, the need to understand the various cultural contexts in which scripture was written and the social message conveyed in the Old Testament. Dr. Richter also discusses her new book "The Epic of Eden." I first saw this interview at Ben Witheringtons blog.
