Temporary Exile

I am going to take a break from posting new articles on this blog.  Here are the reasons:

1. I am going through the Ordination process and I have books to read and papers to write. I hope to complete these by mid-April.
2. I have two blog projects that have been in limbo for a long time: one on Wesley's Plain Account of Christian Perfection and another on Wesley' Doctrine of Original Sin. I want to complete both of these projects before I move on with others.
3. I have not had the time to devote to my pastoral studies blog.

Other things have taken my time so that for awhile I have not been able to publish as frequently or with the quality I would like to see in what I publish. I hope this break will only last a few months. In the meantime, older articles from the past four years will be published. I still will be ready to have an exchange of comments on these older posts.

Hurry back brother when you can. We need more Arminian bloggers.

Thanks Roy. I will be posting older articles. I saw your comment on Olson's blog concerning Rob Bell. I agree totally.

I've been in the same boat, John, although I've tried to get back into it. I may need to take a break just to focus on my reading.

I'm still here; I'm just not posting new material. I will be posting past articles and I'll still be following your blog as well as other Arminians.
